A: Yes, we have been developing new products every month and we can provide the low MOQ service to customized orders and ship goods to FBA warehouse.
A: We can make the design into a prototype about 1 week.
A: All of the toys are made and painted of eco-friendly material which exceed EN71 standards. And we obtained CE, EN71, CPSIA certifications for all our raw materials. Should any other certifications need, we can also made after production.
A: Generally most orders will be finished about 3-4 months after the prototype approved. Due to we have strong supply chain with our out-sourcing suppliers, we have a rich experience in undetaking urgent orders for brand customers,but depend on the type of toys and the time of the year.
A: Yes, our suppliers respond quickly and actively cooperate with customers' delivery dates. Normally, we arrange the delivery plan to deliver on time. For gift orders or special orders with a very urgent delivery date, we will expeditiously process them to help customers deliver them within the required time.
A: If you have 2d or 3d design, vector files formats (.EPS, .AI, .PDF...) are preferred to ensure a quality print, however we are often able to work with other file formats of lower quality. We can make prototype about 7 days. If you just a idea of the toy, we can create your inmagination to real toys.
