Recently, several toys brand authorized related enterprises have announced the latest licensing trends, involving heavy strategic cooperation, anniversary activity plans, content promotion and so on.
Spin Master--- Major strategic cooperation in early childhood education
After spent a huge amount of money to acquire the American preschool wooden head toy brand Melissa & Doug last month, Spin Master made another new move in this field this week: forming a global strategic alliance with Moonbug Entertainment, a well-known preschool content provider. will cooperate in various aspects of children's content, products and entertainment experiences.
According to the agreement, starting from next year, Moonbug Entertainment will leverage its strengths in content production and distribution to provide support for Spin Master’s IP.The focus will be Spinmaster's new preschool IP "Vida the Vet" officially announced in 2022 (pictured above, left).
Starting from 2025, Spin Master will serve as the global toy master licensee for Moonbug Entertainment's children's IP - Blippi (middle right in the picture above) and Little Angel (top right in the picture above), launching related toys and games.
It is understood that in addition to the above-mentioned IPs, Moonbug Entertainment also owns Cocomelon, the children’s IP with the highest number of subscribers on YouTube.
MGA Entertainment---introduces a large number of external brand licenses
